Every item I produce is made by hand and I will often incorporate traditional techniques and tools into my processes, therefore, there will be evidence of this within the character of the finished piece (for example, hammer marks, oxides from the forging process and subtle differences in texture and surface finish between pieces). That being said, I work to the highest of standards to ensure that no items leave my workshop unless I am 100% happy with them.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase then you may return it, unused and in its original packaging, to me within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

If an item is damaged in transit or found to be defective upon receipt, I will refund you the cost of the return postage. Under all other circumstances you will need to cover the costs of returning the item to me.

Please thoroughly check your item as soon as you receive it and make sure that you retain the packaging and receipt.
